  • All-purpose flour (3 cups)

  • Yeast (1 Tbsp)

  • Eggs (3)

  • Preparation:



  • Take a bowl and mix all the dry ingredients i.e. flour, yest, sugar, and salt.

  • Take another bowl and take 2 eggs, warm water, and vegetable oil.

  • Now mix them all well. 

  • Now pour this egg mixture into the bowl containing dry ingredients and give it a good mix.

  • Mix the mixture till a dough is formed. 

  • Now sprinkle some flour on a dry surface and knead the dough for 5 to 6 minutes, or until it is elastic. 

  • Now take a bowl and grease it well and let the dough rest in it for 2 hours and cover it well.
