Pregalin 50 mg is a pain reliever that is used to treat neuropathic pain (pain caused by nerve damage) and fibromyalgia (severe muscular pain and soreness). It is used to treat diabetic nerve pain, epilepsy, spinal cord injury, restless leg syndrome, and panic disorder.
